Roadrunner - Very rude and holding package

Package has been held in Knoxville TN since 3-2-18 was supposed to be delivered Feb 28. 2018 then changed to 3-5-18. Called and once talked down to and wouldn't tell me why it has been sitting. The lady hung up. Called again was transferred to the freight manager and he was rude also. Said he guess he would have to deliver it himself, would not say why it has been sitting. And said you'll have to wait two more days cause it's a hour away and that's to far.

Don't give them any payment details - I called the credit card company and got them to block any requests for payment from Road Runner. They charge an unwanted VIP membership without any warning. This is a scam trick. If you call Road Runner they put you on a long hold...
