I bought a pair of shoes there 3 years ago. I don't know where they sneak in an agreement to an annual membership or where I agreed to let them keep my card on file for a recurring charge.

I didn't sign anything. But every year since my card gets charged $27.99 for no reason. I've had to file a dispute with Amex each time. Expect to get *** around and sit on hold for about an hour to cancel your Membership that you never agreed to.

I remember buying a pair of shoes there and there was some sale or promotion going on. It was a quick checkout and swipe of the card.

The clerk must have signed me up during the process. But I never agreed to let them keep my card on file.
